School Reviews

5   9/19/2006
I have two children, grades K and 2, that attend Russellville Primary. The Russellville Elementary school was divided into two seperate buildings several years ago. Now Russellville Primary holds k-2 and Secondary holds 3-5. This has greatly reduced the teacher-student ratio. I love the school. Good programs and great teachers. There are no art programs in any elementary schools in Hamblen county which is a shame but the teachers try to involve art in their classes to make up for it. The PTO at Russellville is lacking leadership and quidance which is a shame because a lot of parents want to be involved but overall this is a great school.
