I graduated from 8th grade in 1952 from ps 73. it was a very successful community school with teachers who had been there many years who knew all the students and kept up with their progress over the years. In my case they encouraged my interest in art, which I believe was a strong basis for my being accepted at music and art high school and my career as an architect.

When i came from my country i did not speak english but this school teached me a lat i know it was really hard but they steel help me this is why this is one of the amazing's place that i well never experiment or forgot in my life. The teacher's and every body else i have ever meet are so kind and respectful. I well never forgot ps73.

I went ot hie school i n the early 70's when Mr cooper was the principal and Ms Phyllis Kane was one of the most outstanding teacher. I ony have fond memories of the staff there.Cuddos to the professionals and student at P.S 73. Is Ms Kane still teaching there ? She was a true inspiratioal and caring soul.
